I had to keep my eye on Tommy... he was drunk as a fucking skunk, and was tripping over everything and anything possible...

"Look Adam!!!" He squealed loudly, his bloodshot eyes overfilling with joy...
"Ballooooooooons" he broke out of my grasp and started running...

"No Tommy.." I called after him...
"That's the little girls balloon, not yours!"

"But A....dammmm it's "Chowder" "
Tommy hi-cupped frowning as the little girl looked up scared shit less.

I grabbed his hand pulling him along, shaking my head


MENTAL NOTE:
DO NOT BRING TOMMY TO AN AMUSMENT PART WHEN DRUNK

Tommy was captivated with the lights and sounds his eyes fixating wherever there was a flash or random noise.

I smiled at how easily distracted he was and gripped his hand a little tighter. I'd have to admit he was a little adorable when he was drunk.... like a kid in a candy shop.

I was disrupted from my thoughts when I heard a loud thump. I looked around and seen Tommy on the ground... apologizing to a trash can..

"I...I'm sorry miss.."
"Tommy, sweetie... that's a trash can.."

"I bumped into O..oscar the Grouch.. oh... no.."
"I am really sorry.. please don't eat....OH!!! OH!!! OH!! OH!!!" Tommy hopped up and down in place


"UNNNNNNICORNNNNN"
"What!?" I asked confused.

"I want the unicorn." He shouted pointing at a game near by...

"O..kay...?" I laughed grabbing his hand in my own, once again and walked towards the game...

The game attendant smiled at us as we walked closer..

"Winning a prize for your date!?"
"Yes, actually" I replied flashing a smile.
"I want to do it" Tommy whined.

I laughed handing the attendant 2 dollars for the three balls...and handed the balls to Tommy. He giggled as they touched his hand.

"Okay" the woman laughed...
"Just hit those milk jugs over, then you win!"

Tommy threw the first ball and it went flying behind his head, and hit a biker looking dude in his face... The man grumbled loudly shooting a glance in our direction and walking away; a sigh of relief escaping my mouth.

Tommy threw the next ball and hit the lights... the game attendant was giggling like crazy and I was rolling on the ground with laughter....

Tommy threw the last and final ball and knocked over one of the jugs.

"I got one!!! I got one!!!!" Tommy shouted....

"Yes." The game attendant smiled.
"But you didn't win."

Tommy frowned looking at the ground... kicking the dirt with his feet.

The game attendant switched her glance back to me...
"Uh-oh..." she mumbled
"Looks like you got a frowner."

I sighed handing her another two dollars. Knocking over the jugs after one shot... I smiled in achievement and pointed at the damned unicorn.. As the woman went to get it Tommy squealed with excitement and joy....

I handed Tommy his unicorn and he hugged it madly taking it in...
"Its....SOOOO...FLUFFFFY!" he faked a deep voice shaking it madly before cuddling it again....
and that's when Tommy met his new best friend.
